Okay, I got back to Canada yesterday. It was a long flight, and we were packed in like sardines. It was 2 degrees in Vancouver when we landed, that felt cold, but it was -10 when we got to Winnipeg. What a shock to the system after getting used to +20. I fly back to Ontario on Saturday.
So I found a job in Sydney, let me tell you what I do every day.
So we got a free flight out and back in of Sydney International Airport. Apparently there was a noise that could be heard in the business class. The pilots called Canada to ask the aircraft mechanics there. But nobody could figure it out, so we turned back to Sydney (we had been flying 2 hours already!)
We stayed in the plane at the airport for roughly an hour, before they decided to deboard the plane. All the passengers destined for Honalulu were sent to hotels. The rest were expected to jump on Qantas 11 to Los Angels. Well it was already a long day and so we asked to simply stay another night in Sydney and that the flight the next day.
That is the story. Hope to be back in Canada soon.
Oh we get free Dinner and Breakfast too, if that is any consilation 
Hey Everybody!!!
We arrived safely in Auckland, although the bus was late cause they had some mechanical problems. We are staying at the Sky City Hotel, no we did not try the vertigo climb or the sky jump!!! We met up with Janneke and Hein Bastiaanssen at Starbucks! It is absolutely amazing where you will find Bastiaanssen’s!!! Unfortunately it is raining now, so there are not too many touristy things to do, which is okay cause I am pretty burn out from travelling. We catch our plane to Sydney tomorrow afternoon, so maybe we will get to do something in the morning.
To the people in Manitoba, it was a nice high of +22 degrees C. here today!!
Well we have seen the sights and bought the T-shirts here in Rotorua. We leave early tomorrow for Auckland, it is a four hour bus trip. Should be quite scenic I think. I need more time to write emails and post pictures, hopefully I will find the time and money in Auckland. We will be in Auckland just for one night then we fly to Sydney for one night then back home. Funny thing about the flight back to Canada, We leave at 9:30 am and arrive in Vancouver at about 7:30 am on the same day, it is like a time machine eh?

Well it was raining when we woke up today, so we decided to bus it to Palmerston and hangout on the other side of the mountain range. It was raining there too but not nearly as much and it ended quickly. Most of the day was spent day window shopping and watching the people. I had an avocado and chicken on a croisant for lunch, quite yummy.
Well we are in Woodville NZ, now. It was a long flight (with a good meal mind you) then a twisty drive along a gorge to Aunty Nellie’s place. The scenery is absolutely breath taking. I don’t think my camera can do this place justice. But I will try to get some good pics up on the web for ya.
this is going to be a quick post cause I am at an airport kiosk with 3 minutes left of internet time. curious statement “internet time”, anyways. We are flying to wellington in an hour, arriving there at 23:55pm local (yeah mid night). John (Nelly’s Son) is going to pick us up at the airport. (I sent him a photo of us, cause he has never seen me before). and we will stay at his place tonight then nelly, will pick us up tomorrow. should be fun have to runn…..
